Our policy lasts 30 days, meaning returns must reach us within 30 days.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 Days unless the product has been bought in a sale promotion. If an item has been bought in the sale, or during certain site promotions where price reductions are applied then you may return it within 7 days. To qualify for a refund, the items must be returned in original condition with all product tags and packaging intact and items unworn. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned and obtain a certificate of posting.
If the items are not what you ordered or they are faulty, please contact us to organise a return at our expense.
If items are soiled and show signs of being worn, the order will not be cancelled and items may be sent back to the customer with full payment due.
Under Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. You must inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your intent to exercise this right to:

Please keep evidence of the cancellation notice, such as a copy and obtain a certificate of posting. In this circumstance you will be liable to pay and arrange for the goods to be returned in original condition with original packaging and all product tags attached to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as this out of our control.
