You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date it was despatched from us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are none refundable and can only be exchanged for credit or another product. We can not offer a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear or socks unless faulty.
Once you have requested a refund via our returns center, we will then approve or reject your refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping on all returns and exchanges are free. Once your return or exchange has been approved, we will send you a free shipping label.
