Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase along with the returns form.
PLEASE NOTE due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on underwear or socks unless faulty.
All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are none refundable and can only be exchanged for credit or another product. We can not offer a refund.Refunds will be made for product purchases only. Delivery/Shipping costs are not refunded
- Returning an unwanted item to us will be at your expense (unless the item is faulty) and we will promptly send the requested exchange to you free of shipping charge.
- With simple exchanges, when products are the same price, involve no transactions. We simply make stock adjustments.
- Where prices have changed, you will receive a credit for what you originally paid for the returned item and recharged for the new product(s) at the retail price prevailing on the day your returned item(s) arrive at our returns address below.
- However, if we have made an error, or the goods are faulty, please contact us immediately, so that we can make sure you are entirely satisfied.
Products Received as Gifts: If the products you wish to exchange were received as a gift please supply us with the name and address of the original purchaser on the Returns Form.
